Wood is recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance coordinator to join its team to Develop and manage offshore fabric maintenance strategies, campaigns, and execution plans

This position will be based in Aberdeen and Hybrid working will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define workpacks and priorities based on risk, inspection outcomes, and criticality assessments.

Coordinate and supervise offshore fabric maintenance activities (painting, coatings, insulation, passive fire protection).

Monitor execution performance, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency of maintenance works.

Provide progress reporting, cost and schedule tracking, and campaign close-out documentation.

Deliver recommendations for long-term fabric management to optimize life cycle cost and asset protection.

• Qualified with a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area, i.e. Engineering and/or Project Management (or equivalent engineering experience)
• Broad technical/operational oil and gas experience.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with peers in partner oil companies.
• Competent in Microsoft office
• Good analytical approach to solving technical problems
• Good interpersonal, and communications skills
• Ability to work within diverse multi-disciplinary teams
• Results-oriented and articulate
