- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the project team, ensuring timely execution of project-related tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, registers, meeting minutes, schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist with preparing presentations, progress reports, and project status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-up is completed.
- Support procurement activities including raising purchase requisitions, tracking orders, and liaising with vendors when required.
- Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate filing, version control, and distribution of project documents.
- Monitor project deadlines and support the team in staying aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in onboarding project personnel, ensuring access, compliance documents, and system registrations are completed.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, HSE, Supply Chain, etc.) to support project operations.
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics coordination, and other operational requirements for project personnel.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and project governance frameworks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in administrative or project coordination roles within engineering, oil & gas, or energy sectors is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint, PM tools) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.
