Job Description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our digital products and services in bp Shipping. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing service operations, and driving continuous improvement across our service delivery lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the end-to-end service delivery process for digital products and solutions, ensuring adherence to Agility core practices.
* Develop and implement strategies for Benefits Management, ensuring that delivered services meet business objectives and deliver tangible value.
* Oversee Configuration management and related processes to maintain service integrity and stability.
* Collaborate with data architects and engineers on Data design and Data Management strategies to optimize service performance and data utilization.
* Apply Design Thinking methodologies to understand user needs, identify service gaps, and drive innovative solutions.
* Champion Digital Innovation within service delivery, exploring and implementing new technologies and approaches.
* Manage the lifecycle of Digital Product Management from conception to retirement, ensuring seamless service integration.
* Empower Others within the service delivery team, fostering a culture of ownership, growth, and continuous learning.
* Facilitation of workshops, meetings, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
* Influencing stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in for service improvements and strategic initiatives.
* Proactively identify and manage change across service delivery processes and systems.
* Contribute to Portfolio Management activities, aligning service delivery with overall business strategy.
* Oversee aspects of Software Design and Development and System Design as they pertain to service delivery solutions.
* Monitor service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Manage customer relationships, addressing critical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience in a Service Delivery Management role, within a digital product or technology-focused environment, preferably in Oil & Gas OR Shipping.
* Experience in digital systems supporting Tanker Chartering and commercial operations.

* Expert in Deployment and running of ITIL framework and Service Delivery best practices

* Strong understanding and practical application of Agility core practices.
* Demonstrable experience in Benefits Management and value realization.
* Proficiency in Configuration management and related governance.
* Solid understanding of Data design and Data Management principles.
* Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies to service and product development.
* Knowledge of Digital Innovation trends and their application in service delivery.
* Experience with Digital Product Management principles and lifecycle.
* Excellent leadership and team empowerment skills.
* Strong Facilitation and communication skills.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
* Experience in Managing change within complex environments.
* Familiarity with Portfolio Management concepts.
* Good understanding of Software Design and Development and System Design principles.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
