Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with high accuracy and clarity.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring information is readily accessible.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Support team projects and initiatives through research, data compilation, and task follow-up.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and other activities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Champion knowledge sharing within the team by organizing and disseminating relevant information.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role in multinational company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong writing skills for professional correspondence and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen actively and understand team needs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • A collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • A capacity for creativity and innovation in approaching tasks and finding solutions.
