We are seeking a proactive Knowledge Management Specialist to join our Global Quality and Continuous Improvement Team. In this role, you will be the primary contact point for HR Operations teams on matters related to the Knowledge Management framework, ensuring alignment with global standards across HR Operations. Additionally, you will actively contribute to projects and initiatives focused on improving our knowledge management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Coordinate the creation, revision, and retirement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps for HR Operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Database Maintenance: Manage the structure and content of the global knowledge management database, ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Project Involvement: Actively participate in content and knowledge management projects and initiatives, contributing to the improvement of the framework.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders to align knowledge management processes, guidelines, and best practices.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to team members on knowledge management tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in knowledge or content management in a shared service environment. Experience in creating SOPs and process maps is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite; hands-on experience with Signavio and/or Adonis (or other business process mapping tools).
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Basic project management experience (e.g., leading small initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones) and willingness to develop project management skills.
