Join our Finance Team and advance your career as Arc Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ARC Analyst to join BP Business Sol (HC). In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our accounting and financial reporting processes, leveraging your expertise in accounting policy, data analysis, and digital automation.

Job Responsibilities

* Support the implementation and adherence to accounting policies and procedures across various business units.
* Analyze and optimize existing accounting processes and financial workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process enhancements and risk mitigation.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of digital automation solutions within finance operations.
* Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Perform internal control and compliance assessments, identifying potential risks and recommending corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business process controls and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Apply customer-centric thinking to understand collaborator needs and deliver solutions that enhance their experience.
* Stay abreast of industry procedures and emerging technologies in accounting and finance.

Job Qualifications

* Strong understanding of accounting policy and principles.
* Proven experience in optimizing accounting processes and financial operations.
* Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
* Demonstrated digital fluency, with experience or a strong interest in digital automation initiatives.
* Solid understanding of financial reporting requirements and best practices.
* Knowledge of internal control frameworks and compliance regulations.
* Ability to apply business improvement in execution methodologies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
