The development gathers associated gas from multiple upstream oil fields, transports it through a pipeline network, processes it in a new gas treatment facility, and exports products including dry gas, LPG, and condensates. The scope also includes storage and marine export facilities, and the plant is designed with expansion capability for an additional processing train in later phases.
Job Description
Execution Phase Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and project rules across all material management and preservation activities. Provide daily supervision and follow-up of contractor activities on site, ensuring adherence to approved plans, procedures, and schedules. Coordinate closely with procurement and construction teams to align material movements with construction priorities and timelines. Enforce compliance with project specifications and manufacturer recommendations for handling, storage, and preservation. Manage the handover of capital spares, operational spare parts, and special tools, ensuring proper documentation and traceability between operations, contractors, and vendors.
Material Management
