PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with customer field representatives to coordinate and execute Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery to customer field locations.
• Unload/load setting toolboxes onto flatbed utilizing a forklift
• Operate a motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT and company safety requirements.
• Complete QAQC documentation for all deliveries and retrievals through approved NOV software platforms (KPA iFortress application).
• Unload tools individually at customer locations and stage them properly within Fortress storage systems for safe access and inventory rotation.
• Retrieve used setting tools from customer locations and transport them back to the Fortress facility for cleaning, inspection, rebuilding, and redeployment.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection records, and hours of service documentation as required by DOT regulations.
• Report vehicle defects, tool damage, or safety concerns immediately to supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicle and cargo area.
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and work with honesty and integrity.
• Any other duty, responsibility, or task assigned by the supervisor.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid state driver's license required (CDL preferred if applicable to load or state regulations).
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe load securement practices is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous oilfield, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Physically demanding work includes lifting, bending, and manual loading/unloading in various weather conditions.
• Travel to remote field locations may require early mornings, extended shifts, weekends, or holidays to support customer operations.
• Exposure to oilfield environments and potential contact with hydrocarbons.
