This position reports to:
Incoming Quality Control Manager

Scope of Responsibilities

• Managing the complaint handling process.
• Conducting audits and process inspections.
• Solving technical problems in cooperation with local and international teams.
• Performing root cause analysis (RCA) of non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
• Supervising the quality of production processes.

Requirements

• Education: Higher technical education (or final-year students).
  Preferred fields: electrical engineering, power electronics, automation, or related disciplines.
  Alternatively: secondary technical education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication in an international environment (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of quality tools is an advantage.
