This position reports to:
Principal Designer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification-Low Voltage Switchgear business in Dubai, UAE .

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Assist PMs leading small to medium size projects in day-to-day coordination tasks
• Taking ownership & Track project actions, milestones, and schedules
• Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.
• Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.
• Support project engineering documentation
• Coordinates shipment of materials based on project scope
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Factory)
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
• Performs any other projects work as assigned.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 years of industry experience in a relevant project management/technical role.
• You are at ease communicating in English
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Skilled in conflict management and handling multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP systems.
• Commercial understanding relevant to project estimation and execution
