Overview

Joining our Business Support Team, you'll play a key role in supporting the Nuclear division. Reporting to the Head of Business Support, you'll use your big picture thinking, curiosity and relationship building to create a smooth, supportive, and forward-thinking service.

Your role

Strengths Focused Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Service Delivery: Bring your natural talent for organisation and teamwork to deliver high-quality Business Administration services alongside fellow BSMs.
  • Stewardship & Responsibility: Use your sense of responsibility and integrity to support QSSE and security activities, helping create a safe and trusted environment.
  • Fairness & Talent Development: Apply your strengths in fairness and empathy to balance workloads and create opportunities for others to grow and stretch their skills.
  • Quality & Follow: Through Draw on your strength in conscientiousness to monitor deliverables, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

  • Supportive Coordination: Use your natural organisational strengths to manage shared mailboxes and provide seamless cover for PAs when needed.

Security clearance
