AI Team Leader

Are you interested in developing applications that leverage generative AI and large language models (LLMs)? We are expanding our team specializing in this type of application within our company - and you can become part of it. If you're excited about the current GenAI trend, actively follow it, and have experience with at least some of the technologies or approaches listed below, we'd love to talk to you.

Our offices are located in Ostrava and Pilsen, but your work location is up to you - home office is a natural part of our setup. Still, we'd appreciate meeting in person 2-3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and development of advanced AI solutions - building applications based on LLMs and generative AI, contributing to system architecture using concepts such as RAG or LLMOps.
• Development of robust backend solutions in Python - using technologies and libraries for API development, data transformations, interactive tools, testing, and ensuring code security and performance.
• DevOps and cloud integration - containerization, deployment to Azure, CI/CD pipeline setup, versioning, and deployment of AI models and agents.
• Data and API design - working with relational and NoSQL databases, integrating with REST services with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.

Who We're Looking For

• University or high school education in IT, software engineering, or a related technical field; interest in generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, and related technologies.
• Good knowledge of Python and commonly used libraries (e.g., FastAPI, Streamlit, Pandas).
• Experience in software application development - participation in design, implementation, testing, and deployment; basic understanding of design patterns and application lifecycle.
• Practical experience with containers (e.g., Docker) and cloud environments (Azure experience is an advantage); basic knowledge of project versioning and management.
• Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), ability to work with queries; familiarity with API design and documentation (REST); awareness of application security principles.
• Basic experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel); willingness to learn GenAI processes (RAG, prompt engineering, DevOps).
• Communicative level of English (reading documentation, team communication); eagerness to learn, proactive approach, and ability to work in a team.
