Job Purpose
- The role is to support IWS New Retail Sales Manager in developing and implementing O2O and chain store sales and marketing strategies to achieve sell-out targets and market share objectives. The role is responsible for translating central New Retail initiatives into executable plans, coordinating their field and online execution, and providing data-driven operational support. By consolidating insights from various platforms and chains. The role also supports the insight analysis of clients' investment, product mix, and ROI performance, and develop the solutions.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy Translation & Performance Management:
- Support the team in developing O2O and chain store accounts operational plans aligned with the central New Retail strategy.
- Translate high-level strategies and national campaign schemes into clear, actionable guidelines and tools (e.g., playbooks, scripts) for platform operators and chain store ambassadors.
- Monitor, track, and validate key performance indicators (KPIs) for O2O platforms and chain stores, such as sales per store and product sell-through rate. Provide structured data analysis reports to facilitate business root-cause analysis discussion.
Activation Planning & Execution Coordination:
- The pivotal responsibility is to empower, coach, and manage the offline workshop coverage team for both O2O platforms and chain stores, ensuring execution excellence by:
- Translating central strategies into clear, actionable tasks and guidelines for these teams.
- Manage the team of workshop coverage, drive their accountability and performance by setting and briefing clear KPIs and design quarterly action plan for the coverage team.
- Providing ongoing support and coaching on the workshop instore operations.
- Develop and manage the data tracking and insight analysis tools to optimize the business operations.
- Organize and lead periodic New Retail business review meetings. Facilitate regular training workshops and mentor sessions to ensure alignment and competency development .
- Ensure all platform and in-store activities are delievered according to plan and brand guidelines.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all activities conducted on third-party platforms or through chain partners comply fully with the company's Code of Conduct and relevant local competition laws and digital commerce regulations.
- Ensure compliance with country regulations, and all Group, Segment, and regional policies and standards.
Job Holder Requirements
Education
- Minimum bachelor's degree or above.
Experience
- Solid experience in sales support or trade marketing, or e-commerce/O2O operations support, or retail chain operations support.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coaching frontline sales or field coverage teams, incl. direct management or heavy influencing responsibilities for sales representatives or ambassador teams, with a focus on territory coverage planning, in-store execution excellence.
- Track record of supporting the delivery of sales targets and performance outcomes.
- Experience and confidence in communication internally and externally.
- Experience in platform campaign support, chain account collaboration, or field activation strategy design and implementation.
- Ability to travel efficiently and willingness to work closely with field teams and online operations.
