Job Summary:
As the Vice President, Central Region, you will lead and oversee all general management responsibilities for the Central Region - United Arab Emirates, Oman, Yemen & Lebanon. This includes driving strategic growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding Emerson's presence, and executing short- and long‑term plans that support sustainable sales, service excellence, and operational performance.
In this role, you will operate within a matrix environment and report directly to the Middle East & Africa (MEA) President. You will champion innovation, sustainability, safety, and high‑performance culture across the region.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Regional Strategy & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and manage regional budgets and deliver monthly POR and annual sales and profitability targets.
- Lead strategic planning for market expansion, local value creation, and long‑term growth across all business units.
- Sales, Service & Business Development
- Strengthen direct and indirect sales channels and enhance service capability to improve customer experience.
- Drive destination business growth through collaboration with global teams and regional partners.
- Customer & Market Leadership
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key customers, including C‑suite stakeholders.
- Lead regional strategic account management, project pursuit, and oversight of the Central Region Top 25 project list.
- Ensure teams use customer insight and data to improve satisfaction, reduce cost‑to‑serve, and respond quickly to market needs.
- People, Culture & Performance
- Build a culture of collaboration, integrity, continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusion where diverse perspectives are valued and every employee feels a strong sense of belonging
- Champion leadership development, succession planning, and high‑potential talent growth through coaching and structured development plans.
- Stakeholder & Representative Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to execute sales and marketing plans and ensure alignment on regional priorities.
- Lead regular performance reviews with business units and channel partners.
- Executive Representation & Regional Vision
- Drive Emerson's expansion ambition and global sales vision within the Central Region.
- Represent Emerson in high‑level engagements and industry forums.
- Governance, Reporting & Safety
- Provide clear and concise reports to direct management on finance, people, operations, and market execution.
- Ensure full compliance with Emerson's Environment, Health & Safety standards.
- Support Localization & Inclusion goals and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a global perspective and strong commercial acumen.
- A purpose‑driven leader who inspires teams and consistently delivers results.
- Experienced in leading large, geographically diverse teams in a matrix environment.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- A qualification in engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- 15-20 years of experience in senior sales or business leadership roles with international exposure.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Proven experience in regional leadership across complex emerging markets.
