Your role and responsibilities

• Preparation and development of technical product documentation
• Analysis of product portfolio performance and competitive landscape across markets
• Leading pilot production runs and coordinating industrialization of new products across departments
• Organization and delivery of product trainings and technical presentations for international customers
• Providing specialized technical support to customers and the sales team
• Managing the customer homologation process
• Active participation in development projects and contribution to product strategy in cooperation with global product management
• Close collaboration with sales and daily communication with international partners

Qualifications for the role

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (power engineering is an advantage)
• Communicative level of English is required; basic knowledge and understanding of Czech is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Office 365)
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
