As a Technical Specialist (part time) in our EUOPC Training Center, you will support the development of innovative training solutions and help optimize our training operations. You'll work with AI tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have the opportunity to represent ABB at various events.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop training materials using AI tools - create content and resources for trainers, work with documentation in English
• Support training center operations - manage inventories, propose innovations and technical solutions for improved efficiency
• Design and prepare demonstrations - create engaging demo projects in collaboration with various ABB teams
• Represent ABB at events - participate in Open Days, trade fairs, and corporate events

Qualifications for the role

Required:

• Strong English skills (written and spoken) - working language - at least B2
• Common understanding of Automation
• Interest and experience in AI tools and automation (Copilot, Gemini or any other similar)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred:

• Experience with creating presentations or training materials
• Basic technical understanding or engineering background
• Public speaking or presentation experience
• Proactive approach and creative thinking
