Function Description

As an HR Officer within the organization, you will advise and answer all personnel queries, take care of the documentation and correspondence in the personnel information system and supervise deployability, sick and recovery reports and manage the absenteeism administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor legal changes (based on reports of professional providers) and relevant market information and address these to the HR team;
  • Assist with planning and administration of Learning & Development events and initiatives as required.
  • Maintain HRIS database to ensure that all records and the HR database are kept up to date;
  • Taking care of all HR-related administrative processes and making sure all (employee) files/data are correct and complete. Including but not limited to creating employment contracts, transfer letters, promotion letters, etc.;
  • Assisting with HR duties including recruitment administration, processing of application forms, equal opportunity monitoring, and scheduling interviews;
  • Support on- and offboarding of employees and future employees;
  • Resolution of employee queries;


Requirements

  • Fluent DUTCH is a MUST!
  • Previous work experience in HR and up-to-date knowledge of HR rules and regulations;
  • HBO education;
  • Confident IT skills;
  • Strong communication and time management skills;
  • The ability to handle sensitive information.
