Job Description

  • Administration activities in the department
  • Maintain Tender Database
  • Organize and classify documents to ensure easy to find and retrieve, includes establishing and maintaining
    filing systems, both physical and digital.


Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions to support NMDC Tendering Department's operations, including
    organizing, categorizing and maintaining both physical and digital records.
    Access the CRM system to download, store in appropretate tender department folder and distribute to
    Internal NMDC team member and relevant stakeholders.
    Create and manage the NMDC tender database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all tenderrelated
    documents.
    Maintain structured filing system for tender related documents and ensure that they are easily retrievable.
    Ensure proper labeling, categorization and filing of all tender documents, adhering to NMDC standards and
    ISO 9001.
    Update tender records and ensure the correct documentation is associated with each tender project.
    Act as a point of contact between tendering department teams and external clients, suppliers and
    contractors by ensuring the right documents are available to the right people at the right time..
    Facilitate the smooth flow of documentation during tender preparation, including preparing and distributing
    tender packages.
    Carry out other task as may reasonably instructed by line manager.


Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related
field.
Relevant certifications in document control, ISO
9001 or equivalent).
