As a Senior PO Agent, you'll play a crucial role in our Global Business Services (GBS) Procurement team, ensuring efficient and compliant processing of purchase requisitions and orders. We Want You

- Process and prioritize purchase requisitions, verifying accuracy and completeness

- Create and amend purchase orders while maintaining correct pricing data

- Apply procurement guidelines and ensure compliance with rules, contracts, and procedures

- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-impact requests

- Provide guidance and informal coaching to junior team members

- Support continuous improvement of P2R/P2P processes and tools

- Take proactive ownership of recurring issues and propose solutions

Who Are You

- 3-5+ years of experience in P2P/P2R or procurement operations

- Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, economics, or a related field

- Proficiency in French (B2-C1) and English (B2-C1)

- Strong knowledge of P2R/P2P processes, SAP Ariba/S4HANA, and procurement governance

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders

- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle complex cases with minimal supervision

- High resilience, autonomy, and assertiveness

- Mentorship mindset and strong collaboration skills
