This Position reports to:
Local Division Manager, Motion Services - India
Your role and responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner for Motion Services (MOSE) in India, you will play a key role in driving both operational and strategic HR initiatives. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will develop and implement people strategies, provide end‑to‑end HR support for a defined scope, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. You will represent HR within the business, support organizational development, and help foster effective, sustainable workplace relations aligned with business priorities.

This Position reports to Local Division Manager, Motion Services India (functionally to the Global HR Manager, Motion Services) and is based out in Peenya, Bangalore
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Strategic HR partnership: Partner with Service and business leadership to translate the Motion Services strategy into people priorities, aligning HR strategies, pillars, and initiatives to drive business growth, productivity, and capability development.
- Workforce, talent, and capability development: Lead and coordinate workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives, working closely with Learning & Development to build capability and development roadmaps that meet current and future business needs.
- HR delivery & core processes: Lead key HR processes for the division across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent management, annual salary review, and engagement action planning, ensuring strong HR delivery and measurable business impact in collaboration with Shared Services and functional partners.
- Performance, analytics, and change: Establish, track, and interpret key HR KPIs and analytics to build situational awareness for leadership, identify trends, and drive high performance in line with global standards, targets, and continuous improvement and change initiatives.
- Employee relations & culture: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment by managing employee relations cases, conducting objective investigations, resolving conflicts, and acting as a trusted advisor and mediator to promote engagement, compliance, and open communication
Qualifications for the role:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (should be full-time)
- Should posses 8+ years of experience in HR, with proven expertise as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high learning agility.
- Should have data driven mindset and efficient in leading change and transformation.
