JOB REQUIREMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare material and tool needed based on the requirement to complete spool fabrication
- Able to perform bonding procedure during the whole process of spool assembly.
- Able to interpret spool drawing and material list to guide accurate fabrication.
- Conduct dimension and visual self-inspection to ensure all spool fabricate meet specific requirement.
- Perform and meet the daily output requirement daily with good quality spool fabricated
- Read/interpret drawings or specs, record production data accurately, and recommend process improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Must pass bonder qualification program conducted by training dept.
- Must pass bonder questionnaire conducted by QC
- 1-2 years of experience in pipe fitter is advantage.
- Proficient in English with verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit: able to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy objects.
