JOB DESCRIPTION
- Verify pipe specifications, cutting, grinding, and preparation for lamination.
- Tack the pipes as per spool drawing with precise dimension.
- Measure, mix, and prepare resins, glass fiber, and other materials according to procedures.
- Perform GRE lamination procedures with consistency following LAMPRO checklist and spec.
- Operate tools such as angle grinders, cutters and measurement devices safely and correctly.
- Conduct dimensional checks and visual inspections.
- Track and report daily production output and material usage.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
- Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
- Ability to carry physical works.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
