JOB DESCRIPTION

Aftermarket Repair is NOV's repair workshop for re-certifications and upgrades of equipment for the energy sector. We want to strengthen our project group and are looking for a technically strong Project Manager to join our team in Søgne. As a Project Manager you will have a key role in our organization and you be responsible for technical and commercial management, planning and executing of dedicated projects and tenders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
• Overall responsible for project scope from bid stage through planning, execution and close out
• Technical management of the project scope
• Lead project teams both in-house and on site
• Some travelling may be required
• Monitor all project activities, report progress against plans and take corrective actions as required to manage deviations
• Track and control project financials
• Comply with all NOV Company- and HSE policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and technical-/ project management experience
• Extensive technical and commercial understanding of drilling vessels, equipment and industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional boundaries, geographies, and cultures
