Overview

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of PMC services for data centre projects, from design through construction and handover.

Your role

• Lead the PMC project team and manage day-to-day project execution.
• Act as primary interface with Client, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee contract administration, design management, and construction.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and risk performance.
• Ensure statutory approvals and compliance requirements are met.

About you

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
• Experienced in Data Centre PMC role.
