Main Purpose of the Role:

Our key tasks as P&C Business Partners in Vestas are to work closely with business leaders in reaching their goals and formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions, having informed opinions, and aligning capabilities to match demands. You will be part of a passionate team of P&C Business Partners guiding the people agenda in Philippine and Global Business Shared Service Center at Vestas.

Your primary stakeholders will be Vestas Business Leaders in Digital Solutions, Procurement, Supply Chain and P&C Operations and your daily playfield will be a regional matrix organization with a direct line to the P&C organization and close working relationship with the Business. You will be operating internationally, responsible for a large workforce in Philippines but also teams in India, Korea, mainland China and other countries as necessary. You'll also be working with leaders in northern Europe, including our headquarters in Denmark.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide workforce support for Shared Service Centre teams, including performance optimization and management of underperformance.
  • Lead workforce scaling initiatives and manage headcount planning to align with organizational targets.
  • Oversee core people processes across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, development, and transitions.
  • Demonstrate strong creative problem-solving abilities paired with practical judgment suited for complex, multi-level organizational environments.
  • Exhibit motivation, perseverance, and sound decision-making, especially when working with senior stakeholders under tight timelines.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, ensuring key messages are effectively understood across different audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and influential partner, building strong and lasting relationships across the business.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to evolving circumstances, priorities, and organizational changes.
  • Display a self-driven and proactive approach, taking ownership and initiative in all responsibilities.
  • Set direction confidently and act as a role model for colleagues within and outside the HR team.
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate global time zones and shifts in scope or priorities.
  • Bring an international mindset with a strong appreciation for cultural differences and global workforce dynamics.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, c. 8+ years' experience in HR including multiple Business Partner roles, experience working with international stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Preferably experience supporting workforce of c.1000, working in a matrix, and specific experience with IT workforces and Global Shared Service Centres specifically.
  • Multinational business partner role and comfortable working with international stakeholders.
  • Scope covers GBS and national compliance standards
  • Handles compliance cases, investigations, and NTEs; requires strong local labor relations experience.
  • Globally exposed profile; experience working across cultures and geographies.
  • Direct, straightforward communicator; able to work with international stakeholders.
  • Flexible with varying local regulations.
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to business partners.
  • Open to business travel.
  • Comfortable being an (IC) Individual contributor role; no management experience.
  • Consulting or advisory background preferred.
  • Fluent in English - verbally and written.
