Wood has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Controller (Power BI) that has previous experience of working across Feasibility Studies and FEEDs, plus EPC and PMC projects. This is an opportunity for you to become a valuable, well-rounded of an experienced team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What makes you remarkable?

• Power BI Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and reports for project and internal corporate use
  • Develop standardised reporting templates for project controls, project teams, and management
  • Create presentation-ready dashboards for internal and project-related management reviews
  • Ensure dashboards provide meaningful insights to support decision-making
• Data Management & Integration
  • Coordinate with discipline and management teams to identify, source, and validate data
  • Develop and maintain processes for extracting and transforming data from multiple systems (engineering, procurement, construction, finance, etc.)
  • Establish and manage shared Power BI datasets and reporting environments
• Governance, Security & Standards
  • Define and implement data governance, access control, and security within Power BI
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of reporting data
  • Develop and maintain procedures covering system use, data location, access, and ongoing maintenance
• Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
  • Work closely with project controls and project teams to meet reporting requirements and deadlines
  • Support management teams with tailored reporting for internal and external presentations
  • Provide training and guidance to project controls and management teams on effective use of Power BI
  • Act as a focal point for Power BI reporting standards and best practices within the Thailand office

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Project Controls, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting, analytics, or project controls roles, with significant hands-on experience using Power BI
• Strong understanding of project execution and project controls concepts (cost, schedule, progress, forecasting)
• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-level dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong data modelling skills, including DAX and management of multiple data sources
• Experience working with data from engineering, procurement, construction, and finance systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and management levels
