JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to prep, paint, and touch up surfaces
• Remove fixtures and clean surfaces
• Follow safety protocols while working
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of work done
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment
• Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
• Cleaning up after each job.
• Keeping accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Working with other tradespeople to ensure a successful project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass a drug screen, physical exam, & background check
• Must be able to read assembly blueprints in English format
• Must be willing and able to work overtime and weekends as required
• Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardization
• Working knowledge of shop safety practices
• Understanding of quality assurance concepts, typically acquired through in-house training
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Adaptability and willingness to be cross trained
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working in a factory environment with temperature variations
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, and repetitive movements for up to 8 hours per day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
