Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and rectification of system faults and incidents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all unplanned occurrences, incidents, and emergency events.
  • Oversee and ensure appropriate allocation of tasks, jobs, and Work Orders to Duty Technicians based on priority and competency.
  • Conduct and lead daily toolbox and operational meetings to ensure readiness and alignment of the team.
  • Manage and control the issuance of access passes and Permits To Work (PTW) for all contractors operating within the FRC area.
  • Review, analyze, and compile technical data and incident reports for submission to the FRC Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of critical systems, taking corrective actions in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure proper documentation and daily updates of system checklists, Work Order statuses, and equipment operating parameters.
  • Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.


Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently and possesss good interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
