In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collate supply chain data resources, apply visual and analytical tools to access, extract and analyze data sets to improve supply chain operations performance and efficiency.
• Engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific and Global on process mapping, opportunity identification and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes.
• Develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations.
• Supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions of the digital tools as the need arises.
• Benchmark, explore within or outside Emerson and implement relevant technology (Machine Learning/AI) and best practices for Supply Chain
• Apply change management processes to lead partners and users' expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects
• Oracle Business System Support for Supply Chain Team

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Supply Chain function
• Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Processes and able to draw flow charts, identify gaps & opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in ERP system (Oracle), Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, experience of handling large data sets
• Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field
• Experience in Data Analytics, RPA, Project Management, SQL, Python, AI or Machine Leaning will be a plus
• Can work independently and with minimal mentorship.
