Activities:

• Establish and implement water injection and surveillance plans
• Analyze operational data of injection wells, water source wells, and high-pressure water injection systems to develop optimization plans that enhance water supply and injection efficiency.
• Identify and implement water injection enhancement opportunities and ineffective water injection circulation control measures to prevent water cut increase.
• Conduct pressure build-up and fall-off tests using Ecrin Suite software.
• Mentor reservoir engineers in water injection surveillance and critical analysis skills.
• Analyze scaling and corrosion in injection pipelines and wellbores, develop and supervise remediation measures.
• Monitor water quality injection, anticipate potential problems, and recommend corrective measures.
• Analyze injection flow profiles and recommend measures to improve water sweep and control water cut.
• Select well candidates for chemical injection profile control and water shut-off operations, review contractor's reports, monitor execution and evaluate performance.
• Implement zonal injection technologies to improve water distribution and efficiency.
• Perform injection and production performance analysis using Oil Field Manager (OFM).
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to develop long-term development and water injection management plans.
• Prepare progress and contingency reports, recommending adjustments to work programs based on findings.
• Provide relief for group lead as applicable.
• Adhere to professional engineering standards and practices.

Expected:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Reservoir Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Water Flooding or Reservoir Engineering.

• Advanced Petroleum Engineering skills for Water Flooding.
• Formation evaluation and injection/production logging skills.
• Water invasion trending identification and mitigation.
• Advanced Water Conformance Control and Stimulation Technologies
• Well bore Scaling and Corrosion Prevention
