Responsibilities:

Data administration for over 1400 employees (managing new employees' portfolio, keeping records, constant update database for accurate resolution).

Conducting trainings and presentations in English/Romanian (weekly/monthly).

Follow-up with employees and HUB management for achieving objectives. It can happen for the team to come in the office in some periods 3 days, 4 days, full week (depending on the activities)

The activity is not static. We have big dynamics; we interact with many people from different cultures, we may travel in different facilities/countries - thus, adaptability is a must.

We shift often between locations weekly (AFI/BRIDGE).

Respect and professionalism are our teams' business card.

Understand and learn SLB standards and legal requirements (trainings and mentorship will be provided all the way).

We cherish all cultures, nonetheless we interact all the time with different departments, many times high level.
