About the Job

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, organise, direct, control, and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Managing projects within the established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting standards of quality.
• Manage and monitor all the project execution processes and ensure the project is completed on time and within the approved budget.
• Organise all project staff.
• Preparing all projects' schedules and baseline programs
• Examine the project's program and follow up closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure a smooth procedure and handover.
• Conduct Quality checks on work carried out and attend to all progress issues and obstacles, and come up with solutions/enhancements.
• Manage and mitigate project issues and risks.
• Attend all related progress and technical meetings with all project managers.
• Liaise with all departments to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare/review and approve the project's execution plan, health and safety plan, risk plan, prequalification, and appointment of consultants and contractors.
• Manage the approval process include creation and updates for all project documentation.
• Following engineering, project controls, estimating, security, transmission, etc.
• Manage project stakeholders, motivating and pushing site teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Perform another related task.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

• Holds relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or similar, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse project teams.
