Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to the United States Air Force Dining Facility (DFAC) operations. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, processing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with daily office operations. Ensures accurate record-keeping, supports food service management staff, and helps maintain compliance with Air Force procedures and standards. Coordinates communication between kitchen staff, management, and base personnel while supporting efficient and organized dining facility operations.

All positions require the applicant to obtain and pass a medical physical that is certified by a doctor.
All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.

Job Summary
Provides administrative and clerical support to the United States Air Force Dining Facility (DFAC) operations. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, processing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with daily office operations. Ensures accurate record-keeping, supports food service management staff, and helps maintain compliance with Air Force procedures and standards. Coordinates communication between kitchen staff, management, and base personnel while supporting efficient and organized dining facility operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support for daily Dining Facility (DFAC) operations.
- Maintain and update personnel records, attendance logs, and training documentation.
- Prepare, process, and file reports, forms, and official correspondence in accordance with Air Force procedures.
- Assist with data entry for meal counts, production records, and food service reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems for operational, financial, and personnel documents.
- Support compliance with Air Force regulations, sanitation standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative requirements for new staff.
- Monitor office supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide customer service support and respond to administrative inquiries from service members and staff.
- Daily use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to complete reports, tasks, and communicate with customers and co-workers
- Daily record keeping and document management
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and government officials via telephone, computer, and in-person
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
- Daily use of organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail, accuracy and quality of work
- Manage time effectively and meet critical deadlines.
- Work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision and work well with a diverse range of individuals, including clients, colleagues, and government officials
- Follow military regulations, policies, and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned by lead, Dining Facility Manager, supervisor, etc
Basic Qualifications
- Turkish Citizen
- High School Graduate
- Ability to Speak, Read, and Understand Level 3 English
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting military dining facilities, food service operations, or government offices.
- Experience with U.S. Air Force administrative procedures and reporting systems.
- Experience preparing operational reports, meal count reports, or production records.
- Experience using military or government database systems for record keeping.
- Experience supporting multiple supervisors or departments.
- Customer service experience working with military personnel or large organizations.
- Associate degree or coursework in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
