Company Description

An international energy operator has initiated a large-scale integrated development program in Southern Iraq aimed at enhancing the production and utilization of the country's natural resources. The development program consists of several interconnected projects including upstream oil field expansion, gas processing and export infrastructure, a large-scale seawater injection system to support long-term reservoir management, and a major solar power generation facility.

One of the core components of the development program is the construction of a new Central Processing Facility (CPF) designed to process approximately 210 kbopd of crude oil. The project includes the drilling of approximately 220 wells, construction of a new processing facility, associated pipelines, utilities, and supporting infrastructure.

The construction phase involves approximately 15 million man-hours and an estimated site workforce of around 3,500 personnel. The development is executed within a complex operational environment requiring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and security standards. Strong coordination is required due to multiple interfaces with other concurrent infrastructure projects in the region.

The position is located at the construction site in the Basra region of Southern Iraq and is offered on a rotational basis for a duration of two years, with the possibility of extension.
