HMH are hiring a Senior HR Analyst to support the operation in Kintore, Aberdeenshire.
HMH’s Kintore facility is a key manufacturing and refurbishment hub, supporting the company’s global portfolio of high‑performance drilling equipment and engineered components. As part of HMH’s worldwide drilling‑solutions network, the Kintore team delivers precision-built products, overhaul services and equipment upgrades that keep onshore and offshore operations running safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of relevant experience)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional level experience

Skills and Abilities: Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view.
