The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services provided by our suppliers meet our company's standards. This role will involve working closely with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as implementing quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate quality systems Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and provide guidance on quality standards Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier quality management Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
