Planning & Performance SME
The purpose of the role is to be the primary point of contact / focal point within the FBT for US GSC Procurement Finance planning and performance operations.
SME will coordinate the relationships with all relevant businesses, auditors and central teams.
SME provides planning, performance and accounting support to the relevant businesses.
SME will collaborate closely with main partners to ensure the completeness of planning and performance management.
SME will be accountable for sustaining the compliance and integrity of planning and performance management processes assigned to the FBT.
Manage the communicate with related roles performed in the Supply Chain Organization, other FBT teams/ Outsourced Service Provider and external audit.
Accountable for building capability and supporting change within the planning and performance management team in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence & compliance.

In this role You will:
- Monitor and analyze supply chain cash costs (logistics, warehousing, distribution, procurement, manufacturing support, etc.)
- Prepare monthly performance reports and management presentations
- Track actuals vs. budget and forecast; explain variances
- Identify cost drivers and trends; highlight risks and opportunities
- Support cost optimization and productivity initiatives
- Support rolling forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Partner with operations and functional leaders to validate assumptions
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of planning data across systems
- Support decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and cases
- Participate in cross-functional planning meetings
What You will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- MBA or professional certification (CMA/CPA) is a plus
- Relevant BP business experience and knowledge
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, performance management, or supply chain finance
- Experience in a global or matrix organization is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate into insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools preferred
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
