Overview

We are seeking to recruit high-calibre staff to join our Systems Engineering and Assurance Team as the Technical Lead for the delivery of consultancy services for rolling stock systems.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Lead for the delivery of consultancy services for rolling stock systems.
• Undertake business development activities locally and internationally in line with the business growth strategy on rolling stock systems.
• Coordinate interface between local clients and rolling stock experts across other parts of the AtkinsRéalis business.

Key skills:

• Extensive experience in the rail industry with specific expertise in rolling stock design and analysis.
• Strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., EN standards, GMRT, TSI).
• Proven leadership experience within consultancy, engineering management, or technical programme delivery.
• Experience on the use of Vampire software for rolling stock dynamic simulation.
• Ability to manage multiple complex assignments, prioritise effectively, and deliver technical outcomes under pressure.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Engineer with a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in rolling stock systems.
