You will address reserves issued by the Mechanical Completion specialist and cover all disciplines: mechanical, civil engineering, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, HVAC, etc.

Punch List Supervisor : What will your duties and responsibilities be?
As a Punch List Supervisor (M/F), you will work closely with a project team, a commissioning team, and the various companies carrying out the work. You will address reserves issued by the Mechanical Completion specialist and cover all disciplines: mechanical, civil engineering, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, HVAC, etc.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Manage and monitor the resolution of construction punch list items.
- Coordinate the resolution of A items (prior to mechanical completion) and B items (prior to first gas firing), and prepare for the handling of C items after start-up.
- Verify on site that corrections comply with specifications before closing.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to speed up the resolution of reservations.
- Identify technical obstacles and propose effective solutions that are compatible with cost and time constraints.
- Implement and apply a structured reservation management strategy (processes, roles, and responsibilities).
- Ensure document tracking, register updates, and progress reporting.
You will be in charge of :
- Ensuring that reservations A and B are resolved within the project deadlines and budgets.
- Acting as the operational focal point for managing punch lists.
- Ensuring the technical and economic relevance of the solutions implemented.
- Contributing to the reliability of the Mechanical Completion/pre-commissioning schedule.
To do this, you will be expected to deliver the following outputs and monitor the following indicators :
- Up-to-date register of reservations and monitoring tables.
- Periodic reporting (progress, risks, costs, and deadlines).
- Monitoring of indicators: rate and timeframe for lifting reservations, compliance with MC milestones, reopening rate, and impact on costs/deadlines.
What profile and skills are required for this position of Punch List Supervisor ?
- You have proven experience in managing large-scale projects (investment >₠100 million).
- You have previous experience in punch list management in an industrial environment.
- You are proficient in construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes.
- You are able to analyze and address non-conformities across all disciplines.
- You have a professional level of English and French.
