Our client, a global construction consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Manager with a CSA or MEP background to support on data center projects in Denmark. The ideal candidate would be experienced managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in hyperscale data centers or similar, and would be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented and quality-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering, construction management or a related field and ten (10) years of work-related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in hyperscale data centers or similar.
• Strong knowledge of CSA, MEP systems.
• Skilled in client/contractor/vendor management, RFPs, bidding, and change orders.
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
• Experienced in international projects with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
• Builds strong relationships through openness, shared goals, and a positive team culture.
