CWI Field Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated CWI Field Engineer to join our team in Libya. This role provides hands-on experience in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The engineer will support service delivery operations, participate in risk management and continual improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to technical and customer-focused aspects of engineering in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute service delivery to customers and ensure job deliverables are accurate and timely
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
• Assist Design/Technical Engineers with implementing technical programs and bid evaluations
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans to improve performance
• Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Quality initiatives
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow HSE policies
• Maintain required safety training and certifications
• Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
• Strong interest in field operations and service delivery
• Basic understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Motivation to learn and grow in field engineering and service delivery
