This Position reports to:
Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will support the organization's financial performance by analyzing metrics, identifying trends and issues, sharing insights with relevant teams, and recommending actions to improve financial results.

This position will be reporting to FP&A Services hub - Team lead (Robotics)

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyzing financial performance by comparing actuals vs. plan/forecast, identifying variances and root causes, and delivering insights to support business decisions.
• Managing financial reporting, including month‑end closing, MIS preparation, ad‑hoc reporting, and supporting budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborating with global finance teams to understand performance drivers, perform reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.
• Enhancing operational efficiency through cost/benefit analysis, inventory and NWC reviews, overhead absorption analysis, and promoting automation, standardization, and process improvement.
• Ensuring compliance and governance by maintaining SOPs, preserving audit trails, supporting internal/external audits, and adhering to Group policies and controls.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or accounting with professional certification of CMA or CA.
• Min 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FICO preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross‑country teams.
• Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
