This Position reports to:
Service Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the After‑Sales Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the activities of the repair center for the Analytics business unit based in Québec City. Your role will directly contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the continuous optimization of processes.

You will be primarily responsible for:
  • Assigning work orders to workshop technicians in accordance with internal processes and guidelines.
  • Effectively planning resources and priorities to achieve delivery targets (lead times, response times, service orders, installation data updates).
  • Ensuring the availability and optimization of materials, parts, and components required for repairs, while considering costs, inventory levels, and lead times.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators related to the repair center.
  • Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (workflow optimization, lead‑time reduction, team efficiency).
  • Supporting compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and company processes.
  • Collaborating with customer service, logistics, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of service requests.
  • Communicating repair progress, issues, and anticipated lead times clearly and effectively.


Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (administration, operations management, engineering, logistics, or equivalent).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment, ideally in coordinating workshop, repair, or technical service activities.
  • Experience in priority management, operational planning, or team coordination (a strong asset). Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) - an asset.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English, to interact with customers and colleagues worldwide.

  • On‑site position (no remote work options).
  • Industrial security clearance required.
