JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on components.

• Prepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection reports in DMS.

• Review inspection records received for conformance.

• Support of operations in monitoring, identification and maintenance of traceability.

• Maintain equipment registers and ensuring documentation is available.

• Monitor and maintain TMMDE for compliance.

• Monitor 3rd party inspections.

• Prepare and coordinate non-conformance reports (NCR).

• Monitor status of created NCRs and implementation of disposition.

• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned

• Work in accordance with ARM QMS and HSE procedures and policies

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma or technical qualification or equivalent from a recognized institute.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in inspection, preferably in fabrication of Manufacturing OR oil & gas industry products

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn different software programs

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Organized, detailed and accurate in work assignments

• Able to be flexible in workload and tasks

• Knowledge in reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Understanding material specifications and requirements
