Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop employees through coaching, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Oversee daily department functions, ensuring projects and production goals are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve team processes to maximize efficiency, safety, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, share progress updates, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and facility guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with 6S practices.
- Manage tooling, supplies, and spare parts inventory to support operational needs.
- Review and contribute to competency training modules for employee development.
- Oversee facility production with a focus on controlling operating costs while optimizing work output.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Higher education degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant oilfield experience, with at least 2+ years in equipment repair and/or supervisory roles.
- RFE background strongly preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a production or repair facility.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ERP systems (Oracle, Tracker).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Rig Office & Team Center applications.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt) or 6S certification desirable.
