Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Motor assembly process quality control; Process non-conform handling and customer claim leading in IPU;
• Quality KPI follow and potential risk indetificaiton;
• As quality representative in IPU, push qulaity improvement (Process approach, equipment, skill competence )
• Collabrate with AME, production, facility and R&D; Participate in the improvement of new products development.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering.
• Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Skilled in English writing & reading.
• 3+ years of experience of quality/process engineer in JV / WOFE.
• Senior engineer of motor especially stator/rotor is preferred, the above requirements may reduced.
