Your role and responsibilities
By guiding our sales teams and customers on technical options and cost‑effective solutions within our Low Voltage division, you will help shape offerings that truly meet the demands of our market. You will work with technically advanced products that contribute directly to the energy transition and help customers improve energy efficiency.
In this role, you will support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and driving return on investment. You will ensure ABB understands market requirements within your area of expertise and can translate them into clear offer specifications and development actions. Throughout the full offer lifecycle - from development and launch to maintenance, pricing, and profitability - you will apply your expertise to keep our solutions competitive and compelling.
You will also take ownership of our ABB webshop, making sure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date. You will train customers and sales colleagues on how to use the webshop efficiently and act as a first point of contact for technical or platform‑related inquiries.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the LV IEC Motors (MOIM), division of the Business Area Motion in Belgium & Luxembourg.

This role is contributing to the LV IEC Motors (MOIM), division of the Business Area Motion in Belgium & Luxembourg.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Understanding and following global or assigned area standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio.
- Conducting valuation of market size and trends, as well as competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluating ABB's market standing.
- Ensuring whether technical solutions can be used across the Product Group's offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent.
- Managing the technical specification of the assigned products and supporting the Product Manager in developing the business case on offer developments, maintenance, and cost reduction.
- Training customers and internal teams on webshop functionalities, guiding them through product selection and digital tools while serving as the primary point of contact for all webshop‑related questions to ensure smooth and proactive digital support.

Qualifications for the role
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in LV IEC motors and advanced skills in a sales strategy.
- A technical bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, or similar).
- Affinity with - or experience in - LV IEC motors, rotating equipment, or electromechanical systems. Junior profiles with strong curiosity and technical drive are welcome.
- Interest in energy efficiency, sustainable technology, and contributing to energy transition through high‑efficiency motor solutions.
- Analytical mindset and a strong interest in product management and sales strategy.
- At ease working with technical documentation, specifications, and industrial standards.
- Proficiency in French of Dutch and English.
- Valid Belgian Permit B.
