Where will you work as an Electrical Site Manager / EIA Test Engineer (M/F) ?
We are looking for an Electrical Site Manager / EIA Test Manager (M/F) for one of our clients in the nuclear sector. Based at the Cadarache site in Saint-Paul-lès-Durance, you will be responsible for monitoring the Electrical & Control-Command contract for lot D10 and participating in the testing phases.
Electrical Site Manager / EIA Test Manager (M/F): What will your duties and responsibilities be?
As an Electrical Site Manager / EIA Test Manager (M/F), you will be responsible for on-site monitoring of the Electrical & Control-Command (ECC) subcontractor in charge of studies, supplies, and works, as well as participating in type 0, 1, and 2f tests. Your main responsibilities will be:
Technical and site supervision :
- Manage the onboard configuration with suppliers
- Coordinate site activities with the Site Manager and EIA Lot Manager; and plan on-site operations
- Monitor assembly in accordance with PQR notification points, in collaboration with the Quality department
- Ensure that the ECC subcontractor's tasks are carried out smoothly
Reserve management:
- Identify and track reserves
- Update the tracking file
- Create work orders for the removal of reserves
- Validate the removal of reserves
- Accept services and supplies
Subcontractor management:
- Prepare and participate in weekly and monthly follow-up meetings
- Track changes (identify work affecting the subcontractor's scope, create site change sheets, verify estimates, and apply the BPU)
- Ensure calendar monitoring (monitoring of work progress, technical analysis of blocking issues related to on-site assembly)
Participation in commissioning:
- Carrying out electrical lockouts in conjunction with the CEA
- Carrying out EIA tests (motor rotation tests, loop tests, etc.)
- Writing test reports and minutes
What profile and skills are required for this position of Electrical Site Manager / EIA Test Engineer (M/F) ?
- You have at least 5 years' experience in project management and supplier/subcontractor monitoring in a complex industrial environment (ideally in the nuclear sector).
- You have advanced skills in HV/LV electrical distribution, instrumentation, industrial automation (control-command, SCADA), as well as in testing and commissioning electrical installations
- You hold B2V, BR, BE, and BC certifications
