Job Description:

The Capital Markets Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of capital markets activities, including trading, risk management, and investment strategies. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute capital markets initiatives to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement capital markets strategies to achieve financial goals
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Lead the execution of capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets or investment banking
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven track record of success in managing capital markets activities
