Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commissioning activities for the Ruya Batch 1 Riser Platform (RP) across onshore and offshore phases.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, technical dossiers, and operational test packs to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary commissioning team, ensuring safety, planning, and operational performance targets are met.
• Oversee contractor commissioning activities, monitor progress vs. plan, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Interface with construction, operations, and other project entities to ensure smooth execution and handover.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and transfer of care, custody, and operations to field teams.
• Represent commissioning in audits, risk assessments, FATs, and technical reviews worldwide.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering,
• At least 15-20 years' experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 8-10 years' experience in a management Commissioning role,
• Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,
• Available for technical missions worldwide,
• Experienced with Total General Specifications, OPERCOM and ICAPS, PRODOM and relevant codes and standards,
• Language: Fluent English,
• Computer literate,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
